We ate lunch here today 8/31/26 at 1:00 p.m. we were seated right away but for some reason our waitress kept walking by us and didn't even acknowledge us the first 10 minutes we were there. I noticed two managers sitting at a table talking one of them got up and I made eye contact with him to let him know I was not happy he sent the other manager over to our table her name is Marcella she actually took our order and apologized normally in a situation like this they would have said someone would be with me shortly we were very impressed. Are food arrived extremely fast. After that we ended up with another girl that was helping us who wasn't even a waitress her name was Lily she was very kind and she should be a waitress because she was very good at it she was on top of it. I will not mention the waitress we were supposed to have because I'm sure she has been reprimanded the way that they followed up on this was better than I could hope for we will definitely be back oh and the food was good too

I don't often leave reviews, but the service and experience was so great, that I can't help but say how amazing the service and good food, and experience it was at the BJ's in Irvine. All my friends and family know that BJ's is my most favorite restaurant of all time, and they know I've been to every single BJ's in all of southern California, but the BJ's in Irvine is hands down the best of all locations, in my humble opinion. The service here is the most excellent. We had a very pretty server with an incredible smile named Kelly. She brought the food immediately and she is always in such a cheery and happy mood that she makes everyone at the table in great spirits ready to celebrate the best occasions. Yes it's true, Kelly is the most excellent server in all of the BJ's in southern California. Sometimes there is a long wait in Irvine, but I know if Kelly is the server we will get the food right away! It's always a great and wonderful time here at BJ's, it's perfect to celebrate any occasion. I love the specials they have on good food and drinks that are available every day of the week. All the staff here at BJ's are wonderful, but Kelly is the best!

Came here for World Cup. Pizza is always good. BBQ ribs were yummy. Steak was chewy and not so good. Pizookie, of course, is delicious!! Attentive service. Good local spot to eat and watch games

We were looking for a place with options. I like salads, my sisters likes meet and my brother likes seafood. So we came here and enjoyed our lunch. We had the Mozzarella Sticks and BJ'S original wings. Great choice to start. As we wanted. We order the Ahi Salad, Jambalaya and the Tri-tip and chicken plates. We all loved our options. Service was awesome.

Amber was absolutely fantastic at BJ’s. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive. Our food and drinks came out perfectly, and her positive attitude really elevated the whole experience. Customer service like hers is rare these days—BJ’s is lucky to have Amber. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!
